Taking Farmers to Market

When I took over product leadership for Lofty’s Field Boundary tool, it was stuck in feature bloat—bloated backlog, unclear priorities, and conflicting asks from multiple customer segments. It wasn’t delivering value. It wasn’t delivering revenue.

I led a cross-functional reset. We went back to the highest-revenue users—REITs and investors—and ran focused interviews to cut through the noise. Their feedback helped us strip the product down to a lean, high-impact feature set that met real geospatial and agronomic needs.

From strategy to execution, I ran sprint planning, shaped the roadmap, and aligned engineers and designers around a single north star: revenue-generating user outcomes. We shipped a streamlined tool six months ahead of schedule and turned it into a product that not only worked—but sold.
